This includes prospects that are new leads, existing engagements, or just the latest updates since last talking. Building trust is critical and unknown risks are liabilities. Viva Sales can keep sellers up to date with a 360-degree view, thereby reducing risk and improving sales success rates.

Viva Sales provides the seller with the most recent and relevant information in a concise and easy-to-understand format to build trust, reduce risk, and improve success.

Future enhancements will incorporate CRM notes, CRM timeline and activities, past email thread summaries, past meeting summaries, insights based on past relationship data, and meeting agendas included in the Outlook calendar invites.
