Business value
The copilot scenario in recruiting provides a range of benefits, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire hiring process. Human resources administrators, recruiters, and hiring managers can make use of a candidate's auto-calculated fitment percentage and auto-job description generation features. This allows them to focus on more strategic aspects of the hiring process. It leads to a more efficient, objective, and candidate-centric hiring process, contributing to the overall success of talent acquisition efforts.

This is an extension of the recruiting app where end-to-end flow of the hiring process aligns with the different personas in the process.
The following scenarios are planned as part of this release:
Job description generation: Quickly creates comprehensive and well-structured job descriptions without the need for manual input. Automatic job description generation in recruiting can offer several advantages, streamlining the hiring process and improving overall efficiency.
Interview assistant: Provides interviewers with a list of pregenerated interview questions based on the role the candidate is applying for and the candidate's experience.
