Business value

Context-aware sales order summaries with Copilot give you a quick and customized overview of the most important information related to a selected sales order, plus information from other pages you work with the most, tailored to your job function. Copilot summaries present the most important sales order information right away, so you don't need to sift through piles of irrelevant data. The summaries are tailored for and presented in the context of your daily work to help you make better and faster decisions.

Feature details

The Sales order details page now includes a Summary by Copilot FastTab that shows an overview of the selected sales order's status. For example, it can show the number of partially or fully confirmed, received, and invoiced lines. The FastTab also shows other selected insights, such as a summary of lines that are overdue or nearly overdue.

This innovative tool is designed to revolutionize how you understand and interact with your data. Depending on your user profile and where you are working in Supply Chain Management, Copilot composes comprehensive product summaries tailored to you. The information that Copilot provides depends on the current page and user context. For example, the information can vary based on which other pages you use most often, and it only includes details that you can normally view based on your security roles and permissions.

This feature is adept at understanding and prioritizing information based on your intent or role, ensuring that each summary is highly relevant and focused. It highlights critical attributes, dimensions, and field values, which are selected for their relevance to your individual needs and sourced from the most detailed category levels available.
