The Copilot for Finance Connector integration enables you to map custom connectors and the source back-end system of record. This integration supports all create, read, and update operations that the Microsoft Outlook add-in offers.
Feature details
By integrating Copilot for Finance with systems beyond the out-of-the-box supported ERP systems, you get the following benefits:
- Increased flexibility: The extensibility framework gives you the ability to implement APIs that point to one or many back-end systems and surface access with a single sign-in for the user.
- Improved scenario completion: By deploying a custom connection, you ensure all critical data is accessible within Copilot for Finance, reducing the need for context switching to another tool.
- Enhanced collaboration: Integration with multiple back-end ERP systems facilitates collaboration and communication between different departments and business units. Each persona gains access to the data that matters most to them, where they need it.
