Business value
As a sales professional, you sift through lengthy proposals to understand the customer’s needs and preferences across multiple systems. This is a time-consuming task and leads to decreased productivity and potentially missed opportunities. With the ability to automatically summarize important details from lengthy proposals, you can save time and focus on building relationships with customers and closing deals. The RFP summarization feature can improve the quality of customer interactions by ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs as per the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) framework.
