You can now take full advantage of the experts you may have on Teams, with or without phone numbers. You'll also pay less to have them on the call.
Feature details
Consult and transfer calls to any Teams user in your organization, regardless of whether they have a phone number assigned to them. Key features include:
- Use the Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to contact Teams subject matter experts in your organization.
- Teams users are no longer required to have a phone number.
