By supporting the Copilot Discover Knowledge feature in Government Community Cloud (GCC), Microsoft can extend its market presence to encompass federal, state, and local government agencies. The enhancement of Copilot support within the GCC framework will enable administrators to activate the Discover Knowledge feature, thereby broadening the array of tools accessible in this highly secure environment. This advancement will provide agents who operate within the GCC with access to the improved capabilities, facilitating the use of Copilot’s features to optimize their tasks.
