Feature details
When an administrator copies companies in an environment that has Dataverse or Dynamics 365 Sales integration enabled, Business Central clears the following settings while copying the settings to the target company:
- Dataverse and Dynamics Connection Settings: Business Central clears these settings to make sure integration starts correctly in the target company.
- Integration Records: Business Central clears these records to make sure the target company doesn't point to records that connect to the source company.
- Integration Synchronization Jobs: Business Central clears these jobs to stop synchronization background jobs.
- Synchronization Errors: Business Central clears these errors if they exist because the errors are in the source company and would be noise in the target company.
