What's new and planned for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data

This article lists features that the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights team plans to release from April 2025 through September 2025. Because this article lists features that the team plans to release in the future, dates might change. For more information, see Microsoft policy.

In the General availability column, the table shows the month when the feature's available. The feature might release on any day of that month. For released features, the table shows the full date, including the day the feature releases.

This check mark ( ) shows which features are available for public preview or early access and for public preview, early access, and general availability.

  • Users by admins, makers, or analysts: Administrators, makers, or business analysts enable or configure the feature for their users.
