Improvements

  • Updated the title string for the major article and minor article confirmation dialog.

Fixes

  • The search results displayed on the article search and data on the knowledge search insights were incorrect when filter customization and knowledge search insights were enabled.
  • Relevance search results of the knowledge articles were incorrect when Automatic Search is enabled, and customized filters were configured.
  • Related Associated Federated Knowledge Article display name was not readable.
  • Actions such as + New and + Add Existing for the Associated Federated Knowledge Article grid are not applicable to the grid.
  • Article names in the Associated Federated Knowledge Article grid for other sources was displayed incorrectly.
  • Default H1 styles in the Knowledge Article Rich-Text Editor was not getting applied.
  • When user does an article search in the stand-along knowledge search, the results are sometimes incorrect.
  • Email action failing when no contact was linked with the case.
  • The clicks are blocked on the article searches, and when the user clicks on the article, the search control displayed an error.
  • Accessibility fixes for knowledge management area.
