Knowledge Management May 2023 update resolves the following issues

New Features/Improvements

  • Ability to create Integrated Search Providers in draft state.
  • Ability to trigger on demand ingestions – Trial and Time-Based.

Fixes

  • Privilege related issues for Knowledge Article Favorites.
  • Error when loading knowledge article search tab for users with custom roles because of missing privileges: “prvReadmsdyn_knowledgeconfiguration”.
  • All actions appearing in Productivity Panel even though none were selected for an entity in Knowledge->Record Types settings in CSAC.
