Service Update 218 resolves the following issues:

New/Enhanced Functionality

  • NBA agent setup improvements.
  • Removed dependency on legacy domains and expanded service availability to additional geographies including Italy, Norway, Korea, and Germany.
  • Disabled feature for supervisor users in applicable scenarios.
  • Set content moderation level to Medium for SQA Setup Agent.
  • Fixed invalid content moderation configuration for SQA Setup Agent.
  • Added consent check for NBA/Recommended Actions display scenarios.
  • NBA admin fit-and-finish improvements.

Repaired Functionality

  • Fixed issue where ORA added actions even after RAA sales agent profile was disabled.
  • Corrected repeated opportunity name in title and footer of DEA stack cards.
  • Fixed screen lock issue caused by clicking the UpNext info button.
  • Assignment rules now display pending status when supervisor is not configured.
  • Improved “See all” view name display to avoid truncation in NBA.
  • Improved sorting behavior in Focused view to show records by score after clicking “See all” from carousel.
  • Prevented duplicate action cards for the same opportunity in carousel.
  • Updated carousel to show only one action per opportunity based on score.
  • Enabled recommended actions when Data Enrichment Agent is enabled.
