Improved Functionality

The following list details the improved functionalities included within this version.

  • Support quick create for custom entities that are valid for quick create and are visible for the mobile application.
  • Closing modal view upon tapping the background.
  • Filtering out notes and attachments from recent items view and only show them in the search results.
  • Including contacts within the recent items in the search results.
  • Showing an alert when the user doesn’t have a mail application on the device.
  • Added functionality allowing for creating activities within the application.
  • Showing informative error when trying to create a case without a parent contact.
  • Activate search suggestion on 3 characters or more.
  • Sort recent items list according to the last accessed date.
  • Refresh the recent items every time the more tab is opened.
  • Refresh the application content after 5 minutes of inactivity.
  • Supporting all day meetings display in the calendar.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details the issues that were fixed within this version.

  • Insights section on the Home tab rendered incorrectly when there were no insights available.
  • Duplicate recent items showed up in the recent items section.
  • Title of an entity was missing when created using the quick create functionality.
  • Requesting permissions for the Camera and Photo library.
  • Search range filters where some items where filtered out as a result of wrong time format.
  • Failure when dismissing a reminder or an insight.
  • HTML tags within the body of notes are shown in the sub header of the item.
  • Send email action didn’t work within an action card.

Accessibility

  • Left drawer menu where the gray area didn’t announce its action appropriately.

  • Improve the application first run experience load time.
  • Reduce the number of items retrieved on application startup.
