Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When focus was applied to any of the keywords in the 'Keyword' section, the accessibility screen reader announced the keywords as a button or did not announce any label.*
  • Within the Knowledge Articles section of an environment, not all mandatory fields included visual instructions.*
  • When zoom settings were set to 400%, not all content was displayed within the Customer Service Hub.*
  • When adding a new Marketing email execution, Narrator and the NVDA screen reader did not announce list of items accurately when in the check contents submenu.
  • On Android, when performing a Knowledge Search in the Customer Service Hub, the Talkback screen reader did not announce the appropriate content when selecting "Published Order Shipping Time."*
  • In the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA screen reader did not announced when a filter was deleted within the Accounts section.

Knowledge Management

  • The ‘Finish’ button was incorrectly displayed, in some scenarios, within the Knowledge Base article publication process.*

Solutions

  • In the Customer Service Hub, both ‘Working’ and ‘Non-Working’ hours were not displayed for newly created Facilities/Equipment within the Scheduling tool.

Unified Client

  • In the "Recent records" flyout, the presence and profile image were not displayed in appointment records.
  • When using Advanced Lookup, an error occurred when removing selected items under the list of selected records.
  • The "create new activity" command button was not visible within any entity's associated grids and sub grid, in offline mode.

Platform Services

  • An error occurred when importing a solution that contained a Callback registration entity.*

Solutions

  • An error occurred when viewing the "deleted processes" rule Return Status, within the "Analysis Result" section of the Field Service app.

Unified Client

  • An error occurred when adding a custom entity lookup to form field in a new appointment record.
