Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • Screen readers did not announce any information when using keyboard navigation to select the "next page" button in the active field view.
  • The advanced filter page did not contain a heading label.
  • The tooltip for the "My Active Accounts" dropdown menu was not accessible when using keyboard navigation.
  • Narrator did not announce the "no match found" status message when performing an invalid search.
  • When selecting any 'Service Activity' in the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA narrator announced 'Alert' multiple times.*

Solutions

  • When inputting HTML content into a subject field set to display text in Rich text format, the HTML tags and content was visible in the subject field.

Unified Interface

  • A quick create form did not refresh when adding a subgrid to the form and selecting the "cancel" button.
  • When applying a filter to a date field within a grid in the Controls app, a blank page was displayed.*
  • Selecting "save and close" after creating a new record or modifying an existing record within the Services tab of the Field Service app, redirected the page to the General tab.*
  • In the Customer Service Hub, when set to 200% zoom, the "Advanced Lookup" button was not visible.
  • In the Field Service mobile app, when downloading offline data, a portion of the buttons for Case entities and Work Orders were not present in the offline profile.*

  • An error occurred when adding an embedded video to a Knowledge Article in the Customer Service Hub.*

  • An error occurred when selecting a lookup field for a custom control within a Business process flow (BPF) entity.*
  • An error occurred when selecting the "Manage and share views" option in any entity home grid.
  • An error occurred when selecting the "Activate" or "Deactivate" buttons in any grid page or form page within an offline app.*
