Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • The vertical ellipses button in the timeline section of a bookable resource contained an insufficient target size for touch inputs.*
  • Screen readers did not announce the number of saved filters when focus was on saved filters.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, screen readers did not recognize the “close” button in a record popup within account activities record.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA and Narrator screen readers announced incorrect position of radio buttons displayed in the 'Select Record' popup.
  • When selecting or deselecting a row checkbox, screen reader focus was applied to the next control instead of staying on the same control.
  • When using touch gestures to collapse "Entities side pane-Expanded" by tapping twice, the accessibility screen reader did not announce the collapsed state.
  • When a Business Process Flow (BPF) entity contained a long stage name, the text-overflow ellipsis was not present.
  • When zoom was set to 400%, a portion of the elements within the list view and grid views were not visible.

Solutions

  • When creating a new email within the Marketing app and selecting a template, text filters were not displayed within the template menu.
  • Email templates results remained filtered after removing set filter conditions.
  • On mobile, when selecting a text suggestion on the timeline or email notes section, if no additional characters are manually entered, the suggested test was not saved.

Unified Interface

  • When modifying the sorting order of a column in the "Manage and share views" panel, the sort results were incorrect.
  • In the Field Service mobile app, the sitemap contained duplicate icons for the settings and other options while in offline mode.*
  • When modifying the "records per page" setting to include 100 records for a personal view, the view grid contained only 50 records.
  • When Account views were filtered using the advanced filter option, records within the filtered grid results were incorrect.*
  • When opening a contact entity or existing record in offline mode, the command bar contained several additional commands that were unresponsive.*

  • An error occurred when importing a solution that contained a Callback registration entity.*

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when selecting the "cancel" option in the reply pane while the mentions flyout was open.
  • An error occurred when loading the home page in the Customer Service workspace (CSW) app module.
