Accessibility

  • When zoom was set to 150 - 200%, the "more commands" button in the rollup queries section overlapped with the "value dropdown" icon in the Sales Hub.
  • The NVDA and Narrator screen readers announced incorrect positions for the list items within the "More commands for property" menu button under the "Products Properties" tab in the Sales Hub.
  • When adding a sub territory to an existing sales territory in the Sales Hub, an underline was not present for the 'Territory', 'Sub territory, and 'New' links in the tree view hierarchy.

Platform Services

  • When exporting reports to PowerPoint, file Date and Revenue fields generated double columns.

Unified Interface

  • Skills could not be set as an output in the work classification rule within a case workstream.*
  • When performing a knowledge article search and switching between multiple tabs in the Customer Service Workspace, the "Selected from suggested list" section was not displayed when switching back to the search results tab.
  • On mobile while in offline mode, photo attachment previews for account forms on the timeline did not display when selected.
  • When creating a new email and expanding the email card in the inbox, html code was present in the empty email body.
