Accessibility

  • When text size was set to 200% in the Field Service mobile app, the Today and Yesterday rows in the agenda calendar overlapped within a booking entity.
  • On Android mobile devices, when using touch commands to expand the "More header fields" dropdown menu, the Talkback screen reader did not apply keyboard focus to the drop down after collapsing the menu.
  • When editing a new task and using the "ESC" keyboard shortcut to close the "More Header Editable Fields" pop up, the entire task dialog box was closed.

Unified Interface

  • In the Sales Hub, the currency value did not update automatically when changed from personalization settings.
  • The week and month views within a Booking entity calendar were not available on Tablet and Windows PC devices.
  • When opening the knowledge search in a case entity within the Customer Service workspace, the search bar was not visible in the productivity pane.
