The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • In the Dynamics 365 Field Service app offline data download status page, the 'check for updates' button was mislabeled as 'updates.'
  • When using scan mode with the JAWS, NVDA, and Narrator screen readers in the "My main account" page within the Customer Service Hub, the "T" shortcut did not identify the table content.
  • When the browser resolution was set to 320 X 256, a portion of the content within the list items’ dropdown menu were not visible in the Personalization page.
  • Narrator announced an incorrect label for the list items within the dropdown menu present in 'Filters' tab of the Personalization page.
  • In High contrast aquatic theme, the records in the grid under "General Information" section are not clearly visible.
  • Narrator did not read table information for tables when using the shortcut key 'T' present in a case within the Customer Service workspace.

Unified Interface

  • In the Customer Service Hub, when selecting a link within a replied post on the timeline, the record link in the reply did not navigate to the entity page.*
  • In the Customer Service Hub, duplicate records were displayed when adding a new note in the timeline.

  • An error occurred in Dynamics 365 Marketing when saving a case after editing the timeline.*
  • An error occurred when adding a record to a form within a solution-aware entity that has a localizable check option set field.
  • An error occurred when adding an attachment to an email record when Set blocked file extensions for attachments field, add or edit the file types was removed in System Settings.
