Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When the browser resolution was set to 320 X 256, a portion of the content within the list items’ dropdown menu were not visible in the Personalization page.*
  • The Narrator screen reader announced an incorrect label for the list items within the dropdown menu present in 'Filters' tab of the Personalization page.*
  • The Refresh Button was not accessible in Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) mode using the Arrow Keys (it was only accessible using the Tab key).
  • In personalization settings, Narrator and the NVDA screen reader did not announce the name or role for the "No. of Days" control.

Unified Interface

  • When modifying values within a time, duration, or drop down list control within a form header or BPF, the form field value did not change and the control flyout closed.*
  • Grid footers may have appeared truncated when set to the minimum height settings within a Dashboard page.
  • When modifying the Advanced filter settings and applying the changes to any entity grid, duplicate conditions were present in the Advanced filter.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, inline images were not displayed within an email thread when selecting the ellipses while the email was expanded.
  • When replying to a post with a record name using the @ and # character symbols, the record link in the reply did not navigate to the entity page.*
