- When selecting a knowledge article template, a portion of the text within the template dialog was not visible while using light and dark display theme settings.*
Unified Interface
- When creating an SLA item within a new case entity, the timer control was not present in the Customer Service Hub.*
- When using the "ESC" key to close the "Status" dropdown in the "Confirm Saved View Activation" dialog, the entire dialog closed instead of the "Status" dropdown.
- When performing an advanced lookup search within a filter dialog box, the search bar was unresponsive and the advanced lookup drop down was underneath the filter dialog.
- When adding an advanced lookup menu to a "modified by" filter for an account view, the advanced lookup dialog opened behind the filter dialog and was not accessible.
- When selecting an email signature within an activity entity, the "insert signature" dialog box was unresponsive.*
