Service Update 24013 for Dataverse 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 24013.

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.
Accessibility

  • On opening of forms which embeds Knowledge Control in the middle of the page and uses some specific resolutions, auto scroll happened due to focus triggering on search control. The fix ensures that auto-focus on control is not happening on entity forms.
  • OnRecordSelect causes an error, because script library doesn't load.
  • Sparkle prompt option is taking ~ 3 secs to render.
  • DfM Knowledge Preview Pane showing articles without formatting.
  • Language picker defaults to first option, not org language.

Unified Interface

  • Customers with emails with deep DOM nesting in the email body won't be able to retrieve the safedescription field for these email records.
  • Don't show "Send to CTI" action, in case portal is not enabled.
  • Removed appnotification while toast is visible crashes UCI.
  • Attachments are not loaded when clicking on suggestion.
  • Select all" state is not reflected in ribbon when using pagination.
  • Upload button missing from Dynamics 365 crm/Sharepoint integration - Documents tab - Entity global command.
