Capacity profiles are bound to bookable resources, not directly to users. You must create a bookable resource for each seller before capacity profiles appear on their user record. After you create a bookable resource, you can associate the appropriate capacity profiles with that seller to manage their call routing and availability. Create a bookable resource and assign capacity profiles
- In the Sales Hub app, go to Sales Hub Dialer settings > Users.
- Select the Omnichannel tab, and then go to Skill Configuration.
- Select Create new bookable resource.
- Select the user and provide a name. After the bookable resource is created, the capacity profile section appears.
- Associate the capacity profiles with the seller.
