Job list - limit display (form)

Click Production control > Common > Lean manufacturing > Kanban board for process jobs. On the View tab, in the Settings group, click Job details.

Click Production control > Common > Lean manufacturing > Kanban board for transfer jobs. On the View tab, in the Set up group, click Job list parameters.
Use this form to define the criteria that are used to filter job statuses. The criteria are applied to filter the jobs that are displayed in the job list of the kanban board.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
The last column indicates which kanban board or boards the field applies to.

Select this check box to display jobs that have the status Not planned. |

Display planned jobs |
Select this check box to display jobs that have the status Planned. |

Select this check box to display jobs that have the status Prepared. |
Kanban board for process jobs |
Display in progress jobs |
Select this check box to display jobs that have the status In progress. |

Display completed jobs |
Select this check box to display jobs that have the status Completed. |

Maximum number of jobs |
Enter the maximum number of jobs to display for the corresponding job status. |
