Accommodations report (HcmAccommodationList)

Use this form to prepare a report about work environment accommodations that one or more applicants or employees have requested, or those that have been granted or denied. 

The following information is displayed on the report:

  • Applicant.

  • Type of accommodation.

  • Specific work task that that requires the accommodation.

  • Date and time that the accommodation was entered, granted, or denied, depending on its status.

  • The status of the accommodation.

Navigation to the report

Click Human resources > Reports > Recruitment > Accommodations.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Recruitment projects. Select a recruitment project. On the Action Pane, click Print accommodations.

  • HcmApplicant table

  • HcmEducationLevel table

  • HcmJobTask table

  • HcmPersonAccommodation table

  • HcmWorker table

  • HRMApplication table

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
