Add and remove goal comments

Use the Create comment page to add and remove comments for a goal.
Depending on your permissions, you might be able to maintain only your goal comments or you might be able to maintain goal comments for the employees who report to you.

Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedure in this topic.
Add or remove a comment
If you are an employee and want to add a comment to one of your goals, click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Performance goals on the Quick Launch. The Performance goals page is displayed, where you can view or update a list of your goals. Go to step 4.
If you are a manager and want to add a comment to an employee’s goal, click Manage my team on the top link bar, and then click My employees on the Quick Launch. The My employees page is displayed, where you can view a list of the employees who report to you.
Select the employee whose goal you want to add or remove a comment for.
On the Action Pane, click Performance goals. The Performance goals page is displayed, where you can view a list of goals for the selected employee.
Select the goal to add or remove a comment for.
Click Edit. The Edit goal page is displayed.
Expand the Comments tab and complete one of the following actions:
Add a comment – click Add to display the Create comment page where you can enter a comment in the Note field, and then click OK to save that comment.
Remove a comment – Select the comment to remove and then click Remove.
