(CHN) Create a Chinese financial report

Click General ledger > Reports > Transactions > Financial statement (traditional).
Press CTRL+N to create a new line.
Note

In the Financial statement and Description fields, enter a short name and description for the financial statement.
In the Category field, select a category for the current financial report.
Note
This field is available only when you select Asian legal report(s) check box in the General ledger parameters form.
Specify the report ID and other details.
Click the Overview tab in the bottom pane and press CTRL+N to create a column for the financial report.
Enter the name for the column and select the column type.
Select the By row definition check box to use the amount type that is set up for the row definition in the Structure designer form.
Note
The By row definition check box is available only for amount-related columns.
Select the Print check box to print the selected column from the report form and specify the number of columns to be printed.
Click the Setup tab and select the date interval code that must be used to generate the financial report. For more information, see Date intervals (form).
