Generate a lead or opportunity record from a campaign or call list target

After your organization runs a campaign, you will receive responses from the campaign’s target audience. You can generate new lead or opportunity records for parties who show interest in the campaign’s offering.

  1. Open the Call lists or Campaigns form, and then open the record that includes the list of targets to view.

  2. On the Targets FastTab, select the party record for which to generate a new lead or opportunity record.

  3. Click Generate, and then select Lead or Opportunity.

  4. Enter information about the lead or opportunity record.

Note

You can generate a lead or opportunity record for a call list target from the Call distributions form.
