Integrate a worker in Microsoft Dynamics AX with Microsoft Project Server

After synchronization has been set up for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Project Server, you can specify the workers whose data will be shared between the two programs. Workers can be enabled for synchronization with Project Server only if the legal entity that employs them has been enabled for Project Server integration.
Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers.
Open or select a worker record.
On the Action Pane, on the Project management tab, in the Set up group, click Project setup.
In the Project setup form, in the Microsoft Project Server area, select the Make a worker available to the Microsoft Project Server enterprise resource pool check box.
Note
The check box is available only after Microsoft Dynamics AX has been set up for synchronization with Project Server.
