The Letter of guarantee application form report is used to print the letter of guarantee application to submit to the bank. The facility status of the letter of guarantee must be Submitted to bank to be able to print the letter of guarantee application. This report is typically used by chief financial officers, accounts receivable clerks, accounts receivable managers, accounting managers, financial controllers, and treasurers.

Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
