(LTU) View and manually change the status of an invoice for a sales order

You can change the status of an invoice manually in the Invoice journal form. The status of the invoice determines if it is included in the Invoice registration journal.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Inquiries > Journals > Invoice journal.

    Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. Select the Invoice tab and click Invoice journal to open the Invoice journal form.

  2. Select the invoice, and then click Function > Change document status to open the Document status form.

  3. In the New Document status field, select the new status of the invoice from the following options:

    • Displays None by default.

    • Canceled – The invoice was posted with incorrect details.

    • Broken – The correcting invoice.

  4. Click OK to apply the status change and return to the Invoice journal form.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
