Delete forecasts (class form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Forecasts > Delete forecasts.

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. On the Action Pane, on the Plan tab, in the Maintain forecast group, click Delete forecasts.

–or–

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > Project contracts. On the Action Pane, on the Plan tab, in the Maintain forecast group, click Delete forecast.

Use this form to delete a forecast model or delete specific transaction types from a model.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
General	View specific information about the forecast that is selected for deletion.
Batch	Enter information in the appropriate fields to set up the report as a batch job.

Buttons

Button	Description
Select	Open a query and select the data to be included using the Select button. View data selections made in the Select query.
Recurrence	Select Recurrence to change the starting time and starting date of the batch job or to set up a recurring batch job.
Alerts	Set up or modify alerts for a batch job.

Fields

Field	Description
Hour Expense Item Fee On-account	Select the check boxes to define the forecast transaction types to delete.
From date / To date	Specify a date range to identify the forecast transactions to be deleted.
Forecast model	Select the forecast model from which transactions are to be deleted.
