Post-sync upgrade script for RetailConn tables. Removes the records from the <c>retailConnParameters</c> table, if the DEL_RetailDefaultCompanyForParametersUpg.selectedDataAreaId is not equal to retailConnParameters.DEL_DataAreaId field.
