Discussions (form)

Click Human resources > Periodic > Performance > Discussions.

Use this form to create and schedule worker discussions.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Questionnaire

View planned answer sessions and the answers for questionnaires that are associated with a discussion.

Mass creation

Open the Mass create discussions form, where you can create multiple discussions at the same time. This is useful to create multiple discussions of the same type that will occur on the same date.

Copy to Microsoft Outlook

Copy the discussion schedule to the participant's Microsoft Outlook calendar.

You first must set up Microsoft Outlook integration.

Worker

Select the worker to schedule the discussion with.

Discussion

The assigned identification of the discussion according to the number sequences set up in the Human resources shared parameters form.

Discussion type

Select the type of discussion.

Description

Enter a description for the discussion.

Person in charge

Select the person who is responsible for the discussion.

Status

Select the status of the discussion.

Date

Select the date when the discussion should occur.

Start time

Enter the time that the discussion should start.

End time

Enter the time that the discussion should end.

Location

Enter the location where the discussion should occur.

Goal

Select the goal that the discussion is associated with.
