Reset shelf life date (form)

Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Dimensions > Batches. On the Action Pane, click Reset shelf life dates.

Use this form to reset the dates associated with managing shelf life inventory for batches.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Manufacturing date	Select a new date to change the date on which the batch was produced or entered into inventory.
Shelf advice date	Select a new date to change the date on which we recommend that action be taken regarding the batch's status. This date is calculated by adding the Shelf advice period in days to the Manufacturing date of the inventory batch.
Best before date	Select a new date to change the date before which an inventory batch is best used. This date is calculated by subtracting the Best before period in days from the Expiration date of the inventory batch.
Expiration date	Select a new date to change the date on which the inventory batch expires. This date is calculated by adding the Shelf life period in days to the Manufacturing date of the inventory batch.
