(RUS) Selection of KND (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Periods of formats application. Click Import of SPPFD.

Use this form to add format versions automatically for tax declaration codes.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Periods of formats application	Create a list of tax declaration codes that the format versions are uploaded automatically for.
List of updates	Update the details for the selected tax declaration code.

Button	Description
Check	Open a menu that contains the following items: Check selected – Open the Load Microsoft Word file with formats list form, where you can specify a file to upload new versions for the tax declaration code selected in the KND code field. Check all – Open the Load Microsoft Word file with formats list form, where you can specify a file to upload new versions for all Klassificator nalogovoy documentacii (KND) codes.
Add	Open a menu that contains the following items: Add selected – Add the selected format version of the KND code, and return to the Periods of formats application form. Add all – Add all format versions of all KND codes, and return to the Periods of formats application form. Note This button is available on the List of updates tab.

Check

Open a menu that contains the following items:

Check selected – Open the Load Microsoft Word file with formats list form, where you can specify a file to upload new versions for the tax declaration code selected in the KND code field.
Check all – Open the Load Microsoft Word file with formats list form, where you can specify a file to upload new versions for all Klassificator nalogovoy documentacii (KND) codes.

Add

Open a menu that contains the following items:

Add selected – Add the selected format version of the KND code, and return to the Periods of formats application form.
Add all – Add all format versions of all KND codes, and return to the Periods of formats application form.

Note

This button is available on the List of updates tab.

Field	Description
Select	Select this check box for the KND codes that the version is uploaded for.
KND code	Update the tax declaration code.
Form name	Update the Nalogovaya Buhgalterskaya Otchetnost (NBO) form name for the KND code.
Number of version	Update the NBO format version number for the KND code.
Application start date	The starting date of the period that the NBO format version for the KND code is applied for.
Application end date	The ending date of the period that the NBO format version for the KND code is applied for.
