Set reason canceled (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists. Double-click a call list, or click Call list to create a call list. On the Targets FastTab, select a target that has a status of Open or Call back, or click Add to create a target. Click Status > Canceled.

Use this form to register the reason why a call to a target of a call list was canceled.
