Update authenticationListener

Update the authenticationListener defined for an event in the authentication pipeline.


Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. For details about delegated and application permissions, see Permission types. To learn more about these permissions, see the permissions reference.

Request body

In the request body, supply a JSON representation of the authenticationListener object.

The following table shows the properties that are required when you update the invokeUserFlowAction.

Property Type Description
priority Int32 The priority of the listener. Determines the order of evaluation when an event has multiple listeners. The priority is evaluated from low to high.
sourceFilter authenticationSourceFilter Filter based on the source of the authentication which is used to determine whether the listener is evaluated. This is currently limited to evaluations based on application the user is authenticating to.


If successful, this method returns a 204 No Content response code.
