Create payloadCompatibleAssignmentFilter

Create a new payloadCompatibleAssignmentFilter object.
Permissions
One of the following permissions is required to call this API. To learn more, including how to choose permissions, see Permissions.

Default filter will be applied to 'unknown'. Inherited from deviceAndAppManagementAssignmentFilter.
