List a user's oauth2PermissionGrants

Retrieve a list of oAuth2PermissionGrant entities, which represent delegated permissions granted to enable a client application to access an API on behalf of the user.
Note
Querying the delegated permission grants for a user will only return delegated permissions grants that are specifically for the given user. Delegated permissions granted on behalf of all users in the organization are not included in the response.
Note
This request might have replication delays for delegated permission grants that were recently created, updated, or deleted.

Permissions
Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Important
In delegated scenarios with work or school accounts, the signed-in user must be assigned a supported Microsoft Entra role or a custom role with a supported role permission. The following least privileged roles are supported for this operation:
- Guest Inviter
- Global Reader
- Directory Readers
- Application Developer
- Directory Writers
- Cloud Application Administrator
- Application Administrator
- Privileged Role Administrator
- User Administrator
