Create a Visual Studio Project for the Managed Provider for Host Files

Host Integration Server provides a specific way to create a project that uses the Managed Provider for Host files.

Steps

  1. In Visual Studio, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Project.

  2. In the New Project dialog box, in the Project Types pane, click Host Integration Projects.

  3. In the Templates pane, click Host File Project.

  4. In the Name field, type the name of the file.

  5. In the Location field, type the location to save the project.

  6. Click OK to create the project.
