SourceElement Class

Specifies a trace source that initiates tracing messages.

Syntax

class SourceElement : CollectionElement

This class contains no methods.

The following table lists the properties exposed by the SourceElement class.

Name	Description
`Listeners`	A SourceListenerSettings value that contains listeners that collect, store, and route messages.
`Name`	A read/write `string` value that specifies the name of the trace source.
`SwitchName`	A read/write `string` value that specifies the display name of a trace switch instance in the application.
`SwitchType`	A read/write `string` value that specifies the type of the trace switch. The type must be a valid class name and cannot be an empty string.
`SwitchValue`	A read/write `string` value that specifies a trace source-specific attribute.

This class contains no subclasses.

Instances of this class are contained in the Sources property of the SourceSettings class.
