Get support for Dragon admin center

For support, select the help icon (?) at the top of the page in Dragon admin center. All tickets raised by your organization are available to view, update, and track within the Help page in Dragon admin center. You must be a User administrator, an AI administrator, or a Global administrator for the organization to use these support methods.

Self help

Within the Self help section of the Help page, you can raise questions about Dragon admin center by typing into the search bar. Suggested insights and links will be provided.

Contact support

You can also reach out to our support team by initiating contact by phone or email. Before submitting the ticket through Contact support, please provide detailed information in the description and include attachments. You can also provide a preferred time zone and preferred language for the support team to contact you.

To create a support ticket

  1. Go to Dragon admin center and select the help icon (?) at the top of the page.
  2. Raise a question by typing into the search bar.
  3. Open the Contact support tab.
  4. Select Phone or Email.
  5. Enter a title and description of the issue, along with contact information and attachments.
  6. Select Contact me.

Support history

Within Support history you can view all the service requests that have been created for your organization. Select an open request to view the status of the request. Requests can be edited after they have been submitted. Use the edit functionality to provide more details on the request and update your contact information.

To view the support history

  1. Go to Dragon admin center and select the help icon (?) at the top of the page.
  2. Open the Support history tab. Your support requests are listed here.
  3. Search using the Ticket number or Title.
  4. Filter all, open, and closed tickets using the Filter button.
  5. Select the support ticket to add an attachment/note or update your contact information while the support ticket is open.
