Constituent marketing journeys
Constituent marketing journeys, built on Dynamics 365 Marketing and the Nonprofit Common Data Model, is a collection of prebuilt, customizable marketing segments, constituent journeys, and email templates. Use these resources to organize and personalize marketing and outreach to donors and volunteers.
Segment donors and volunteers based on their history and interactions with your organization. Create your own journeys or use the prebuilt journeys to welcome new donors and volunteers and reconnect with any who lapsed. Use the selection of email templates—including ones for newsletters, thank-you letters, and recurring gift ask scenarios—to engage your constituents.
