Business value
Reduce cost and time to market, and enable fast, easy, and secure development of custom applications integrated to electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Feature details
The Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards framework lets healthcare providers share electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) data on a range of devices and solutions. However, building FHIR applications has been a challenge for many healthcare organizations. Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare includes multiple components that allow interoperability between external FHIR servers and FHIR enabled endpoints. Using Microsoft's reusable components, our low-code tools and capabilities in the Data integration toolkit enable customers and partners to extend Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions and custom applications that meet their specific needs. For this release wave, we're delivering improvements to the data models and Dataverse data integration, with support for new resources in Virtual health data tables.
