Feature details

New enhancements to batch gift entry in Fundraising and Engagement speed up the donation entry process without compromising on the details. These enhancements include:

  • Redesigned the user flow of the batch gift entry experience, allowing you to view and enter donor information and transaction details more intuitively, efficiently, and comprehensively.

  • Increased the number of donor and transaction fields you can add in a batch, putting the fields you can enter in batch gift entry at parity with individual entry forms.

  • Improved the donor lookup and creation experience.

  • Added batch staging and validation logic.

  • Rearchitected the feature to be maximally extensible for partners to add custom batch and transaction fields.
