Business value
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights real-time journeys contain a full suite of segmentation, journey creation, and email templates for nonprofits to leverage. Constituent marketing journeys, a set of templates built for outbound marketing, but not real-time marketing, is redundant. We're deprecating it in favor of real-time features to reduce confusion and promote usage of existing powerful functionality.

Constituent marketing journeys no longer displays in Microsoft Cloud Solution Center or Power Platform Admin Center. If you're still working with outbound marketing, you'll lose access to the templates if you choose to move to real-time journeys. However, you can follow real-time journeys documentation to replicate constituent marketing journeys templates quickly using default functionality.
If you're using real-time journeys, we recommend that you uninstall constituent marketing journeys to clean up your environment.
