Whether an Azure Resource Health status changing event was planned or unplanned.
KnownResourceHealthCategory can be used interchangeably with ResourceHealthCategory,
this enum contains the known values that the service supports.

Planned: The event was planned.
Unplanned: The event was unplanned.
