The provisioning mode for an execution identity.
KnownExecutionIdentityProvisioningMode can be used interchangeably with ExecutionIdentityProvisioningMode, this enum contains the known values that the service supports.

Known values supported by the service

Referenced: Uses a customer-provided identity.
ServiceManaged: Workload Manager creates and owns the identity.
