How model weight memory was calculated.
KnownModelWeightsCalculation can be used interchangeably with ModelWeightsCalculation,
this enum contains the known values that the service supports.
Known values supported by the service
ArtifactSize: The memory was calculated from the published model artifact size.
EstimatedFromParameterCount: The memory was estimated from the model parameter count.
